Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Winkaizen for your professional training and consulting needs.

This Refund Policy explains the terms under which refunds, cancellations, and fee adjustments are handled for courses and services purchased through the Winkaizen website. By enrolling in any course or service offered by Winkaizen, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy, along with our Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions, and Rescheduling Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of this policy, you should refrain from purchasing or using our services.

Cancellation by Winkaizen

Winkaizen reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule a training program due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to trainer unavailability, insufficient enrollments, operational constraints, or force majeure events.

In the event that Winkaizen cancels a scheduled training program, enrolled participants will be entitled to a 100% refund of the course fee paid. Alternatively, at the participant’s request, the paid fee may be transferred and adjusted toward any upcoming Winkaizen training program of equivalent value, without any additional charges.

If Winkaizen reschedules a training program, participants may choose to attend the rescheduled session at no extra cost or request a full refund if the revised schedule is not suitable.

Cancellation of Enrollment by the Participant

Participants who wish to cancel their enrollment in classroom training or live online classroom training must do so in accordance with the timelines specified below. Refund eligibility is determined based on the number of days remaining before the scheduled training start date and the services already initiated by Winkaizen.

If the cancellation request is made within three (3) days from the date of payment, a 100% refund will be issued, provided the training start date does not fall within the next fourteen (14) calendar days. If the training is scheduled to commence within fourteen days, this provision will not apply.

If the cancellation request is made fifteen (15) or more days prior to the training start date, the participant will be eligible for a refund after deduction of a standard processing and administrative fee. This fee is charged to cover operational costs already incurred.

If the cancellation request is made within fourteen (14) days or less before the training start date, no refund will be applicable, as trainer allocation, materials preparation, and operational commitments would already have been finalized.

Refunds for Online and Digital Course Purchases

For online or self-paced digital courses, participants may cancel their purchase within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of purchase, provided that access to the course content has not been fully activated or consumed.

If the participant accesses, redeems, downloads, or begins using the course materials during this cancellation period, it will be considered that service delivery has commenced, and the right to cancel or receive a refund will be forfeited.

Once the cancellation period has expired or the course has been accessed, no refunds will be issued for digital or online training programs.

How to Request a Refund

All refund requests must be submitted formally via email from the same email address used at the time of registration or purchase. Refund requests should be sent to info@winkaizen.com

The refund request email must include the participant’s full name, course name, date of purchase, and relevant transaction or order reference details. Requests submitted without sufficient information may be delayed or rejected.

Refund Processing Timeline

Once a valid refund request is received and approved, Winkaizen will process the refund within thirty (30) calendar days. Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment wherever possible. Any transaction fees, banking charges, or currency conversion fees imposed by financial institutions are non-refundable and will be borne by the participant.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable under any circumstances:

  • Courses or services already attended, completed, or substantially delivered

  • Digital content that has been accessed or downloaded

  • Certification exam fees paid to third-party certification bodies

  • Processing fees, administrative charges, or taxes, where applicable

Policy Changes

Winkaizen reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon publication on this page. Participants are encouraged to review this policy periodically before making a purchase.
