For live online training programs, participants will generally receive digital copies of course materials. Physical copies, if requested, may be provided at an additional cost determined by Winkaizen. Technical requirements for online training, including system configuration, software, and internet connectivity, are the responsibility of the participant.

Transactions and Payments

All payments for Winkaizen services must be completed as per the pricing displayed at the time of purchase. Users are responsible for verifying payment details, applicable taxes, and charges before confirming transactions.

Winkaizen makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding products or services purchased through the Site. We reserve the right to refuse service, limit quantities, or cancel orders at our discretion without prior notice.

Pricing and Invoicing Policy

Invoices, where applicable, will be issued electronically. Full payment is due as per the invoice terms. Winkaizen is not liable for payment failures, authorization issues, or banking errors during online transactions. If payment is declined, alternate payment arrangements must be made within the specified timeframe, failing which the order may be cancelled.
